NMC National Focus Groups 2009: A Review of the 2008 PSES Results

The National Managers’ Community analyzed data from the 2008 Public Service Employee Survey (PSES) that pertains to the management community. Then NMC held focus groups across the country to discuss the results. This is a summary of that activity.
