Description: The National Managers’ Community (NMC) is conducting focus group sessions during the month of September.  The purpose of these discussions is to gather information on results obtained from managers’ responses to the Public Service Employee Survey (PSES), carried out in 2008 by the Treasury Board Secretariat.  These sessions will also include questions on a study being conducted by the Canadian Comprehensive Auditing Foundation (CCAF), linked specifically to “web of rules” issues raised by managers.

This is an important means for managers to give valuable information on the realities they face, and the NMC is happy to provide you with the opportunity to have a voice on issues identified as a result of the analysis of this data.  Your input will be tabulated, analyzed and shared with senior officials.  To be successful, we need your participation and feedback!

We invite you to participate in these discussions, which will bring managers and their voice together from coast, to coast, to coast.

The sessions identified below are being carried out in New Brunswick.  Please consider taking the time to attend one of these sessions and participate in a vehicle which will help change and shape the future of the public service!
