Story Telling from the Field

Welcome to our "grass roots" storytelling site. We have over 120 Learning Organization practitioners; public servants who are committed to using these tools and practices in their every day work. As members of their Learning Organization Community of Practice from time to time they offer their knowledge and assistance, working with organizations aligning tools, processes and people to reach a common goal.

We believe that real change starts with building capacity on the inside. Our slogan "Change Leaders, Leading Change an Inside Job" is what we stand for.

Here are their stories from their heart, their commitment and their willingness to share their learning.
