Disability Management Initiative

The Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer (OCHRO) has launched a new handbook for managers in the federal public service on all aspects of disability management: Managing for Wellness – Disability Management Handbook for Managers in the Federal Public Service. The handbook clarifies how to provide appropriate support to employees to help them maintain their health, and what to do when illness or injury occurs.
