The letter titled “To our managers: Challenge us!” was produced using social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and internal collaborative technologies (GCPEDIA, GCCONNEX, GCForums, Clearspace) and was written based on feedback received from new and young federal public servants from across Canada. We encourage managers to discuss this letter with their employees and also to collaborate with the National Managers’ Community (NMC) by including your ideas to draft a response to the letter. Our response will be published in the November issue of CGE.
