More than 1,200 people attended the 9th Annual Professional Development NMC Forum in Montréal from March 2 – 4, 2010.
This year’s Forum focused on engagement: connecting the federal public service communities of managers, new professionals and future leaders, as well as executives. The program featured a variety of tools and strategies for engaging employees and facilitating successful change initiatives.
The Forum program incorporated panels with keynote speakers, plenary sessions, interactive workshops, off-site study tours, information kiosks in the marketplace, award ceremony dinner and networking events.
This year’s theme, Engagement: Connecting Communities, was presented in collaboration with APEX and brought together managers, executives and new professionals (future leaders) through learning and shared experience activities.
Keynote Address: Wayne Wouters, Clerk of the Privy Council
